Hubert and Dan fuse contemporary French dining with delicious and innovative Tasmanian cuisine in order to cater for your wedding.  Elegant, yet simple and flavoursome, Danielle brings her French training to the forefront to showcase the best Tasmanian produce available. A bespoke operation, we can tailor a menu from a multitude of exciting options to meet your needs, our creativity and ingenuity complemented by friendly, experienced and unobtrusive staff. 
Whether cocktails in the sun, a gourmet barbeque or feast fit for kings & queens, we can produce any or all of these at the location of your choosing in Tasmania. We are extremely mobile; recently we’ve worked in parklands and on farms, in gardens, by riverbeds, in home kitchens and holiday houses. Our home base is at the Tamar Ridge Tasting Room & Cellar, where we can accommodate groups of up to 120. Twenty minutes from Launceston, we can share spectacular views of the Tamar Valley along with award winning cool climate wines.
