Opened in 2009 by chef and restaurateur Andrew McConnell, the acclaimed restaurant reflects his passion for exceptional produce, classic techniques and memorable dining experiences. With McConnell’s consultation in menu design, event dining is unparalleled in produce and quality.
From an intimate dinner party to a grand wedding, the elegant space coupled with slick service and menus helps to create an unforgettable party that guests will talk about for years to come. Welcome your guests into the Cutler & Co Bar for Champagne, cocktails and canapés on arrival before moving through to the Dining Room, a comfortable haven embellished by salt-flecked stone surfaces, Pilabra marble features and herbaceous licks of spice, all with colours and textures you can almost taste.
The Dining Room can host up to 80 guests for a seated event, or up to 140 guests for a cocktail party. The entire restaurant and bar is available for exclusive hire for lunch or dinner, seven days a week.
